The Pema by Realm | In Progress

An ongoing upgrade of The Pema by Realm’s booking platform, connecting BNB international payments with reservations, dynamic room information, server-side availability checks, and protected administrative workflows.
2.Product Design / Full-Stack / AI
Bhutan Youth Development Fund | In Progress

An in-progress rebuild of Y-VIA’s volunteer platform for the Bhutan Youth Development Fund. The project connects registration, events, verified attendance, service hours, and digital portfolios so a volunteer’s contribution can become a credible record of their development.

An ongoing Wazuh SIEM implementation and feasibility assessment for BIL, connecting centralized security monitoring, vulnerability visibility, asset information, and compliance reporting with the ICT team’s operational needs.

An enterprise system developed with a team during my internship to support incoming and outgoing correspondence, registry workflows, document search, archiving, permissions, and administrative processes.
5.AI / RAG / Full-Stack

An AI knowledge assistant built with a four-person team to help RAA auditors search approved institutional documents in natural language. It connects document ingestion, semantic retrieval, reranking, and generated explanations with traceable source citations.

A property inspection and valuation platform for BIL, connecting land and building requests, field assessments, valuation calculations, verification, approval, supporting documents, and management reporting through role-based workflows.

I'm a full-stack and AI/ML developer based in Bhutan. I build websites, applications, and AI-powered tools, working on everything from what people see and interact with to the systems running behind the scenes.
What I enjoy most is figuring out what someone actually needs and finding a good way to build it. I've worked with teams on projects for organizations in Bhutan, and those experiences have taught me how important it is to understand the people who'll be using the software, not just the technical side of it.
I'm always happy to hear about new ideas, whether it's something you're starting from scratch or an existing system that could work better.
When I'm away from my computer, I enjoy hiking, travelling, and exploring new places.
